Jadrolinija's Split-Ancona line (L53) is suspended: Jadrolinija's own notice, carried on croatianferries.com's notice feed, cancels all sailings on the international lines L53 Split-Ancona, L54 Dubrovnik-Bari and L56 Split-Bari until 21 October 2026, citing a technical problem with the ship Dalmacija. Passengers with tickets are compensated under EU Regulation 1177/2010. Overview
Split-Ancona is the shortest of Jadrolinija's Italy-Croatia overnight lines connecting central Dalmatia directly to Italy's Adriatic coast, run seasonally rather than year-round: a reduced winter schedule (roughly twice weekly) and a daily sailing in the June-September peak. The crossing runs overnight in both directions, typically around 11 hours port to port.

Published third-party retail prices (checked via Putovnica.net, 26 Sept 2026, not Jadrolinija's own fare table) put a foot-passenger seat from roughly €50 and a car-plus-driver fare from roughly €70-85 one way, before cabin supplements and seasonal surcharges; a cabin adds materially to that.
